Do you want to transform your body but don’t know where to start? Do you like the idea of the gym but aren’t sure how to programme a workout? MeelsPT is a personal trainer in your pocket. Workouts designed for you by a trainer who used to be in your shoes. The MeelsPT app has you covered for gym or home workouts. Every workout comes with video examples and a voiceover of each exercise so you can be sure of how to perform each exercise correctly. Once you have joined the app, select your goals so your trainer can set your workouts. These can be gym workouts, home workouts OR more individual goals such as a half marathon training plan. Workouts range from 3-6 per week. You can track them as you train and ensure you are improving week on week with the weight tracker telling you how much you lifted the week before. The MeelsPT app will also set your nutrition goals to ensure that all your hard work in the gym is not wasted once you leave. Individualised macros and calories will be sent to your app for you to follow if you wish.
