PT Flow is an online personal trainer platform that enables fitness professionals and fitness gyms to make their everyday work easier, more fun and much more efficient. Our goal is to simplify your everyday work, so you or your team can spend less time on administrative tasks, and more time delivering value to your clients. With PT Flow, you can, in short, simplify most of the work tasks you need to get done during the week. Below we show a brief overview of the most important features in the PT Flow platform, and how these can give you as a fitness professional great benefits. Clients: Make a list of all your clients with all the relevant contact information and important notes about each client. Here you can also see when the next session is with the client, in addition to seeing logs and results from all historical workout sessions that have been done with each specific client. Exercise database: PT Flow offers a large exercise database with 1200+ exercises in the most commonly used categories, such as body weight, strength training, cardio, mobility and more. All exercises include both descriptions and images of how the exercises should be performed, and you can easily add your own notes to the exercises if you wish. Are you missing any exercises? No problem! With PT Flow you can easily add your own exercises as well. Create and share workout programs with your clients: Using the exercise database, you can easily put together workout programs or templates that you can share with your clients. Here you can define which exercises to include, whether it is individual exercises or supersets, as well as define notes, repetitions, weights and much more. You can send the workout programs to your clients directly from the PT Flow platform, and clients easily receive the programs in PDF to their email address. Otherwise, it is convenient and simple because all workout programs that have been performed are stored on each individual client in the platform, so that you can always go back to see what you did with the client last time, last year or similar. Calendar and Dashboard: PT Flow gives you a practical calendar and dashboard, where you get an overview of all booked sessions per day, week and month at all times. Here you can also easily add new sessions with your clients yourself, so that they will be added in the calendar as well. Online booking: Why should you book all the sessions with your clients yourself, when they can easily do it all themselves? With PT Flow, your customers get access to a version of your calendar, so they can see when you are available, and can book in for sessions accordingly. As a coach, you define when you are available to be booked, so that you do not receive bookings when you are not at work. All devices: It is super practical that PT Flow works on all of your different devices. It might be convenient to log client workouts directly from a tablet or smartphone while you are working out together at the gym or in the park, but it might be more handy to work create new workout programs or book clients in to sessions from your laptop back home. PT Flow comes with native apps for Apple iOS iPhones and iPads as well as a browser version you can use on your laptop or computer. IMPORTANT NOTE:Β This app is a companion app for businesses or fitness professionals that use PT Flow. An online account is required and is created through our website. Fair warning: This app was built by someone who tried everything else first. If gentle habit apps haven't worked for you, and you're ready for something that actually demands change, keep reading. The Brutal Truth Most habit apps coddle you. They celebrate "streaks" of 3 days and pat you on the back for partial completion. RadicalReset doesn't. This is an all-or-nothing, science-based nervous system reset. Complete all 5 habits daily, or your streak dies. No participation trophies. The 5 Non-Negotiable Habits 1. Digital Detox - No mindless internet. No social media. No digital entertainment. 2. 20-Min Breathwork - Morning meditation + 2Γ5min stress response resets 3. 15-Min Brain Dump - Stream-of-consciousness journaling 4. Daily Environment Reset - Clean living space, clear mind 5. Morning Movement - Outdoor walk/run within 60 minutes of waking Why It Works (The Science) Vagus Nerve Reset: Activates your parasympathetic nervous system Dopamine Detox: Breaks addiction to digital stimulation Stress Response Retraining: Builds real resilience, not just coping Who This ISN'T For People wanting gentle encouragement Those seeking "flexible" approaches Anyone not ready for significant lifestyle change Users who want to track 47 different micro-habits Who This IS For People who've tried "everything" without lasting change Those overwhelmed by digital chaos Anyone ready to reset their nervous system People who respond better to strict frameworks than wishy-washy advice What You Get - Ruthlessly simple 5-habit tracking - Streak counter that actually means something - Recovery mode (because you're human) - History calendar showing your real progress - No ads, no subscriptions, no BS The Challenge Can you complete all 5 habits for 7 days straight? Most can't. 14 days? You're in the top 10%. 30 days? You've literally rewired your nervous system. This isn't a gentle nudge. It's a complete system reset. Download if you're ready. Don't if you're not. --- Note: This approach isn't suitable for everyone. It's designed for people who respond well to structured, demanding frameworks rather than flexible habit tracking.
