Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Taco Setlist at 100% against OPA App Official's 56%. Taco Setlist also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 34 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). OPA App Official's advantage is ratings volume (332 vs 14) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
