Verdict
Pie Tap and Taco Setlist both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Taco Setlist's written reviews are positive against 50% of Pie Tap's. Taco Setlist also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months). Pie Tap's advantage is ratings volume (864 vs 14) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
