Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: CodHome at 5.0 against Arenti's 4.5. Arenti's advantage is ratings volume (1.9K vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Arenti sells 27 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and CodHome sells 36 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
CodHome holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Arenti has 1.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of Arenti's written reviews are positive against 75% of CodHome's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Arenti ships an update every 5 weeks, CodHome every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
