Using leading edge technology, New Ireland’s MyPension365 member app makes it easy to keep up to date with your retirement savings plan. Your up to date retirement savings information is at your fingertips empowering you to better understand your pension and retirement planning position. You can: • Check the latest value of your retirement fund • Request contribution changes and fund switches online • See how changing your contributions or retirement age could impact on your retirement fund using the retirement calculator • View correspondence on your MyPension365 profile • Update your personal details and your beneficiary's details • Change your security preferences Enhanced security features: • Face ID • Touch ID • Password Note: You must be a member of a participating employer’s retirement plan on MyPension365 to use this app.

The AIB Authenticator App enables 2FA (second factor authentication) for your AIB account. The App provides an additional layer of security which will allow you to log in or authenticate critical transactions on your account. Once you are set up you simply have to enter your password, and then approve or deny the push notification sent to your phone. Enrolment is easy. Once you download the app follow the steps to register your device. As part of enrolment you may be asked to create a Digital Profile. Your Digital Profile is a representation of identity information and security credentials which will allow us to uniquely identify you so you enjoy our services more securely.
