Terrible App

Just so many flaws with this whole system. Logging in is a nightmare and I’ve already spent ages waiting in online queue’s with no answers to why it’s not working!!

Insane that a company like AIB have built an app that is central to access all banking facilities yet the application does not work. Entirely blocked out of my account for days.

Updated app and now authentication doesn’t work. AIB really need to improve their technology- way behind other banks.

Wow, you actually have made it worse.

Kind of incredible but after all this time and with just one update to 2.0 you managed to not only fix it but make it worse. That’s some feat. Why I’ve moved to Pleo and Revolut for day to day business banking. It doesn’t need to be this bad! It’s 2025!!
