Onsite Timekeeper
Read full descriptionHide full description
Onsite Timekeeper is the personal hours log for construction trades workers, freelance tradespeople and self-employed contractors. Save your jobsites once and your hours log themselves. At the end of the week, turn them into a timesheet or invoice PDF and send it to whoever pays you. HOURS THAT LOG THEMSELVES Pin a jobsite on the map. When you arrive, Timekeeper notices and starts your day; when you leave for good, it closes it. No clock-in, no forgotten hours. Time away from the site shows up as a break, never as hidden math. MANUAL WORKS TOO Prefer to keep location off? Tap Start shift when you get to work, or type the hours in later. Anything you enter or edit by hand always wins over what was detected. TIMESHEET OR INVOICE IN ONE TAP Pick the days, review the totals, send. Timesheets carry hours and breaks; invoices add your rate, business name and GST/HST number. Send by email, WhatsApp or straight through InvoicePass, and resend any past report with one tap. ROUNDING YOU CAN SEE Detected hours round to the half hour by default, and you can switch to exact minutes in Settings. The exact arrival and departure times are always shown underneath, for your own record. YOUR DATA, YOUR PHONE Location is used only to notice when you arrive at and leave the jobsites you saved. Your location history stays on your phone and is never shared with anyone, including any employer. Your hours, places and reports back up to your Onsite account, so a new phone restores them. ONE ONSITE ACCOUNT Sign in with Apple, Google or email. The same account works across Onsite Club apps. Delete your account any time from Settings.
