Several small issues causing distress
The phone app seems to be very slow when your site has a heavy documentation portfolio. We have so much at my current site that the app will take a dozen GB’s of disc space and roughly 5 hours to get the database downloaded since we are 1000 people using a few starlink connections in a northern remote work camp. Without going into download options and setting “Signed Forms” and “Resource PDF’s” to download on-demand, the app gets nearly unusable. Also I often get notifications saying “you need a newer version of the app to interact with this notification “

My company makes me use this app
This app sucks very slow and crashes going from page to page often deleting all that has been written as well as times. (NEEDS WORK)

Can’t open the app
I am unable to even open the app there’s no update and it all happened after I got a new phone I can’t open the app it says I need to contact support but your online page is confusing so I’m commenting that I can’t open the app and it says I need to contact support

Slow to load
Very slow app
Does not save.
One issue that has occurred more than once on the mobile app: I just spent an hour writing notes for my daily report. I switched apps to my web browser for a few minutes. When I went back to Site Doc’s, the app had booted me out of my report and when I went back into my report, everything I had just written was erased. Please fix this issue.

Can’t view anything without it freezing
Been using this app for almost 3 years and had the usual crashing issues but now since the last update you can’t even read one pjsm without the whole app freezing. “Safety compliance made easy”.. get absolutely bent. Can’t lie having to close and reopen the app and reload everything multiple times for it just to freeze again is getting old. Fix it.
