Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Sentur at 119 against Karu's 1. Sentur also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.5). Karu's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sentur sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $54.99 per year and Karu sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Karu holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sentur has 119 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
