The Future Focused app gives members a grounded place to continue their recovery work with structure, support, and practical guidance. Inside the app, members can access community discussions, monthly Ask Richard Q&A sessions, replay archives, implementation support, and focused recovery resources. This community is built for people recovering from narcissistic abuse, CPTSD, emotional manipulation, harsh self-criticism, shame, anxiety, people-pleasing, and boundary collapse. Richard’s work is direct, practical, and psychologically grounded. The focus is on helping you understand what happened, reduce confusion, rebuild boundaries, strengthen emotional literacy, and reclaim a stable sense of self. The app helps you stay consistent, ask better questions, learn from others, and keep moving when recovery feels isolating. You can participate actively, ask questions, join live sessions, or begin quietly by watching replays and reading community discussions. This app provides educational support and community discussion. It does not provide therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or crisis support.
