Every section I try to join either echoes or sounds terrible and the connection is awful.
PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!
I used to be able to use this app with no problem during COVID, but now??? Horrendous. Immediately whenever I join a meeting, the people speaking sound like robots or they are talking 3 different times at the same time, the meeting immediately freezes OR it will just crash and I have to restart the app. Even when I restart the app, the same issues keep happening no matter what. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES!!!! If I had access to a webcam and join on the computer, I would, but this is my only option.

Good idea but needs work
It needs bug fixes. The text boxes fill up with “%” between all words. It’s been that way for iPhones for years and it’s not just one model of iPhones.

Meeting Sound Quality Horrible
The sound quality on the app is absolutely horrible & distorted! I would LOVE if you could fix that. I can see there’s not that many good reviews. I have used in the rooms since I got sober over 5 years ago & this hasn’t improved since. I would suggest spending the money to improve the quality of the meetings in the app. You could really turn your ratings around if you did.

If I could rate this less than one star, I would. Every single time that I have tried to start a meeting, it has sounded crappy. The echo and breaking in and out is insane. Please update this.
After 10 seconds, it’s nonstop static
This app would be the best app to ever exist for an alcoholic or any addict. However, after 10 seconds I can no longer understand what you’re saying because the video is lagging so much and it’s nonstop static noise, and I cannot hear the person anymore. I’ve updated the app. I have toggle with all the settings and still same thing.

The mobile app started freezing on 22-31-23? What’s going on and is there a fix coming??? None of the mobile buttons work once the freeze happens. The voices get static before the freeze! White mask
Glitch when typing & posting
A lot of people including myself can’t post or comment right now because there’s percent signs & numbers in between each letter. Please fix.. I would like to continue using this..
A hot mess !
This app has so many problems for so long. My posts don’t show up and when I reply to someone there’s all kind of symbols mixed in with my words. WTH !
Upgrade Needed
This app needs upgraded badly! I use an iPhone and when i I typed in a text it put 20% in between each individual word. It looks ridiculous!
Used to work somewhat
There was a notification for an 11pm NA meeting. I couldn’t join on my iPhone at all. Nothing would click through. So I went on my MacBook Air and found that there was a meeting status of “this meeting is no longer active”. So why are there 36 people in the room?!
FAB when it works
Many interesting meetings. However approximately half the time there isn’t any sound. Have re-installed app so many times, bc no easy way to get tech support. Sad, bc I so want to support this app!
