About

Interval Timer

Features

Paste a Korean workout routine and compare each source line with the interpreted intervals. Parsing stays on your device. Only confirmed moves and settings are saved. [Paste, confirm, start] Preview timed moves, repetitions, rests and sets. For repetitions, confirm manual advance or enter your own seconds per repetition. Exercise speed is never inferred automatically. Choose whether an ambiguous rest belongs after each move or between sets. Unsupported lines must be edited or explicitly excluded before starting. Save and start to run the routine from home with one tap next time. You can also start without saving and save after completing the workout. [During your workout] Orange means work, teal means rest, and yellow means a manual interval waiting for your completion tap. Choose an installed Korean voice, beep or mute. If a Korean voice is unavailable, cues fall back to beeps without downloading a voice. Cues may be delayed or missed while the screen is locked. Returning to the app aligns timed intervals to the current time and stops at the first manual interval. Mute and manual waits do not guarantee cues or automatic execution while locked. Calls and audio interruptions pause the workout until you resume. Completely closing the app ends the active workout; it does not resume on relaunch. [Your existing features] Keep the eight Tabata, HIIT, EMOM and AMRAP presets, your custom routines, total workouts, active time, streaks and the latest 100 completed sessions. Tabata 4min is 10s preparation + 20s work for 8 rounds + 10s rest for 7 gaps = 240s. Tabata 8min is 10s preparation + 20s work for 16 rounds + 10s rest for 15 gaps = 480s. No rest follows the final set. Manual intervals make the planned total unknown. Completed sessions record active elapsed time, excluding pauses. No account, server, ads or purchases. Source text is not stored or sent. Sharing sends only confirmed moves, times, repetitions, rests and sets to the destination you select. Not every text format can be parsed automatically. The app interface and voice prompts are in Korean.
