DOSELF is an iOS watch app for health and wellness. With this app, each day, you will receive 3-6 simple surveys regarding your past physical activities (e.g., “In the past 2 hours, how many minutes did you spend exercising?”). You can optionally upload your health and fitness data (i.e., steps and heart rates) to change the number of surveys delivered throughout the day. If you took more than 10,000 steps during the past 24 hours, less number of surveys is delivered on the next day. The minimum number of surveys you can receive is 3, and maximum number is 6.
