Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: PrimaSim at every 4 days against Nomad eSIM's every 3 weeks. PrimaSim also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). Nomad eSIM's advantage is ratings volume (17K vs 1) and chart position (#188 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
