Press start on your Apple Watch and train. Atlon recognises your exercises, counts your reps and rounds, and times your work and rest, so you never type a thing between sets. Atlon is built for functional fitness: WODs, HIIT, metcons, strength days and everything in between. Your watch does the logging. Atlon turns it into a training history you can watch grow. More than 28 million reps and 170,000 workouts have been tracked with Atlon so far. SIX WAYS TO TRAIN ON YOUR WATCH • Just train: no timer, no setup. Every exercise tracked. • Strength: just lift. Atlon logs every set at the weight you set. • AMRAP, RFT (rounds for time), EMOM and Intervals: set up in seconds with a slider, no crown needed. MADE FOR THE MIDDLE OF A WORKOUT • Big, clear numbers: your work or rest timer leads, with total time and heart rate beside it. • A live strip of your session shows every set: how long it lasted and how hard you worked. • Count a round with one tap, or with a double tap of your fingers on supported watches. Hit it twice? Undo. • Pause, resume and end from one page, with a confirmation so you never end a workout by accident. YOUR IPHONE AS A GYM TIMER Prop your iPhone up and it shows the workout running on your watch, big enough to read across the room, with countdown beeps everyone in the gym knows. Your watch stays in control, so there's no second timer to start in sync. STRENGTH THAT LOGS ITSELF Atlon detects each set as you lift and names the exercise. Correct it once and Atlon remembers next time. Set the weight while you load the bar, and see your last set at a glance. RESULTS ON YOUR WRIST AND YOUR IPHONE After every workout, right on your wrist: your points, time, rounds, heart rate, effort and top exercises. On your iPhone, the Workouts tab shows all of it and every set, and a class recorded in pieces (warm-up, strength, WOD) counts as one workout. ADD THE WORKOUT IN SECONDS Type the workout, paste a screenshot or snap the whiteboard. Atlon's AI writes it up as the day's plan, and you can change it in your own words. POINTS THAT ADD UP Reps, minutes and kilos don't compare, so Atlon scores every workout in points. Home on your iPhone shows your points for the month, the year or all time, how you're pacing against last month, what's new since you last looked, your training days and your week streak. On the 3rd of every month, your recap shows how the month went: points against last month, your month day by day, your streak, your top exercises and how you compare with other Atlon athletes. 37 EXERCISES, RECOGNISED ON YOUR WATCH Including air bike, bench press, bike erg, box jumps, box step-ups, burpees, carries, cleans, clean and jerks, deadlifts, devil presses, double-unders, front squats, GHD sit-ups, handstand push-ups, handstand walks, kettlebell swings, lunges, muscle-ups, overhead squats, planks, pull-ups, push-ups, ring rows, rowing, running, shoulder-to-overhead, single-unders, sit-ups, ski erg, snatches, squats, thrusters, toes-to-bar, wall balls and wall climbs. Recognition runs on your watch, in every workout mode, and gets better with every release. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Atlon uses your heart rate and calories during workouts and saves your workouts to Apple Health, so your Activity rings stay up to date. Atlon requires an Apple Watch.

FitRats is accountability for small groups of friends. You set a few goals: calories, protein, daily movement, strength sessions per week, steps, sweets-free days, an eating window, a bedtime. Every night you check in with your numbers. FitRats judges the day: green, yellow or red. Your ring closes when the day is green. Then your group keeps you honest. Everyone in a challenge sees each other's days, reacts to check-ins, and stands in a weekly ranking by adherence. A small stake per slip, flat and capped, is paid directly between members. FitRats never touches money. FitRats also logs your training. A workout log for any kind of training: your sets prefilled from last time, one tap to confirm, a rest timer that rings through silent mode, the workout live on your Lock Screen. AMRAP, EMOM, For Time and intervals with a block clock; benchmarks like Fran and Murph; records that light up only when they mean something. A Trainer builds a plan for your gym or your living room, free. Exercise demos. Import your history from Hevy or Strong, export it any time as a CSV. Workouts from Apple Health count like your own. Milo, our coach, reads your training and helps you plan. Slips are not the end. A yellow day is erased by a green day right after it. Even a missed day is erased by three green days in a row. The app is built so the day after a slip is where you come back, not where you give up. What you get • One ring per day. Outer ring: how close today came to green. Inner ring: your week. The core lights up when you moved. • Goals that fit you. Pick a recipe or build your own set. Changes apply from Monday, so every week is fair. • A week view per goal, a personal streak, and your weight over time, never fined. • Challenges with your group: standings, a feed with photos and reactions, weekly settlement with receipts reviewed by another member. • Meals: log what you eat by search, barcode or photo; the day's calories and protein come from it. • Workouts: a log faster than Hevy's, your records and charts, a plan when you want one, and your training on the Lock Screen. • Sign in with Apple or an email code. No password. FitRats is a real meal and workout tracker, with Milo, our coach, on top. The day is still where your numbers become a commitment.
