Every individual’s anatomy is different which is why we have designed a customizable, physical therapy approved core program. The iFour Core app addresses specific areas of your core to help you develop the strongest core imaginable without injury. Each workout is under 10 minutes, is suitable for all fitness levels, and can take place in the home or at the gym. As a member of the iFour Core app, you will receive new workouts every day, nutrition guides, and support. FREE 7-day trial for new members! HOW IT WORKS: After completing the iFour Core fitness test, you will get a core strength rating. This rating is broken up based on muscle fibers worked (intrinsic, rectus, obliques & transverse). The iFour Core app customizes the exercises each day based on your fitness test performance and current level of core strength. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT: Life is full of surprises, plateaus, and challenges. We created this app with this in mind allowing you to recalibrate your individualized workout formula at any point you feel necessary. Unlike other programs, this is not simply just hitting “reset,” and repeating the same exercises from previous days. This is a full recalculated algorithm taking you from your new “starting point” with a proven plan of attack to help you once again improve. iFour Core Features: Workout & Fitness Planning • Functional yet challenging core rotations, ranging from 5-10 Minutes! • Includes regressions to decrease difficulty and progressions to advance the exercises as you improve. • 323 unique core exercises. • 137 additional core exercises with 6 different pieces of equipment to choose from. • Video demonstrations of all 323 core exercises. • Designed for all levels, whether you are coming out of physical therapy or an elite athlete! • Take the fitness test and as you get stronger, unlock more core exercises prescribed for you. Tracking & Fitness Motivation • Workout along with J, a seasoned trainer for celebrities, professional athletes, and others. • Track your daily progress in both your Fitness Test and Workout History. • Share your results on your favorite social media platform. • Keep up to date and learn with the latest iFour videos. About

Calisthenics Workout Log

Features

Your body already has a skill tree. This calisthenics tracker draws the whole map — from your very first push-up to a full planche — and shows you the exact move to train next. No more stitching random routines off the internet. Every bodyweight movement is a node on a branching skill tree. Clear the move below and the next one unlocks. Push-up, dip, pull-up, chin-up, muscle-up, handstand, front lever, planche, human flag — one honest path, in the right order. BUILD REAL STREET-WORKOUT STRENGTH Calisthenics rewards structure, not guesswork. This app turns "I want a muscle-up someday" into a clear sequence of prerequisites you can actually see. Follow the Push, Pull, Core and Static skill paths, earn each step, and watch elite moves come within reach — because you built the foundation for them. LOG EVERY SESSION, WATCH THE NUMBERS CLIMB Track sets, reps and hold times for every exercise, then let the app surface what's changing. Your dead-hang goes from 20 to 60 seconds. Your pull-ups go from three to twelve. Progress you can see is progress you keep chasing. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Explore the full skill tree — every calisthenics movement from beginner to elite, with prerequisites mapped and a form cue on each node • Log workouts — sets, reps and hold times, with unlimited history stored on your device • Unlock skills — mark a movement as achieved and light up your tree • See your next challenge — the Today screen always shows the nearest reachable move, so you know exactly where to focus • Track progress — day streak, skills unlocked and a live tree-completion percentage keep you moving • Get an AI progression plan — tell the coach your real level (max pull-ups, push-ups, dips and plank hold) and get a multi-week plan built for you, not a generic template • Celebrate wins — streak milestones and skill-unlock moments that make consistency feel earned THE AI COACH Set a goal skill, enter your current numbers, and the coach generates a personalized progression: which regressions to train, how to build volume week by week, and the exact criteria that unlock the next movement. Five pull-ups gets you a different plan than fifteen. Every plan opens with a warm-up and a form reminder — training smart beats training hard. BUILT TO OWN Your log, your tree and your progress live on your device and work offline. No account required to start — open the app and begin. The more you log, the more your tree, your PRs and your plan mean. CALISTHENICS PRO The core skill tree, the workout log and your first AI plan are free forever. Pro unlocks the rest: • Unlimited AI progression plans, plus a weekly re-plan that adapts to the sessions you actually log • Every advanced skill path — muscle-up, handstand, planche, front lever, human flag and more • Advanced stats — weekly volume chart, personal-record history, longest streak and tracked PRs • No ads Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription — the yearly plan is the best value, and you can cancel anytime. TRAIN SAFE Advanced calisthenics takes patience. Earn each prerequisite before reaching for the next, warm up thoroughly, and progress gradually. This app provides general fitness information, not medical advice — consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially with an injury or medical condition. Stop any movement that causes joint pain and seek guidance from a qualified professional. You train at your own risk, and results depend on your effort and consistency. Whether you're chasing your first pull-up or your first muscle-up, this bodyweight tracker hands you the map and the plan. Pick a goal, log your work, and level up — one node at a time. — Privacy Policy: https://coddykit.com/terms/privacy-policy Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
