The FHA loan type includes the calculation for FHA monthly insurance and the VA loan type includes the calculation for the VA funding fee and allows the selection of a first or subsequent loan. This allows for a complete estimate of the payment on the home. Any fields that occur on other screens will have their values copied from screen to screen. This makes it easy to compare the different types of loans and their estimated payments. No data is saved when PitiCalc is closed and all data stays on the device.
