Boodow Orders is for companies that send work to other companies, and for the companies that do the work. Make the work order. Watch it until it's done. Then turn it into an invoice with one tap. Your client stays private. The company doing the job never sees who you work for. You can also bill clients who don't have the app. They get a PDF by email, with photos of the work. No more lost texts, missed calls and old emails. WHO SENDS THE WORK Property managers, district managers, facility managers, realtors, HOA boards and general contractors. Anyone who hires a service company to work on a property. WHO DOES THE WORK Cleaning, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, remodeling, landscaping, handyman and maintenance companies. Most companies do both, and the app works that way. One account sends jobs out and takes jobs in. MAKE A WORK ORDER - Add a title, what's wrong, photos and a due date - Add the address and who to call on site - Send it to a company you are connected to - Work alone? Keep the job for yourself and bill your own client - Add photos before and after the work SEND A PRICE FIRST - Write the price inside the job, line by line - Look at the PDF before you send it - Your client says yes or no right in the app - Did they say yes on the phone? Mark it and start working - Did they say no? Change the price and send it again KNOW WHERE EVERY JOB IS - Four steps: Sent, Accepted, Working, Done - Your phone tells you when a job is accepted, refused or finished - Reminders when a job is due today, or late - When the job is done, your client gets a PDF with the work and the photos INVOICE AND GET PAID - One tap turns a finished job into an invoice - Sent the job to another company? Bill your client at your own price - Bill people who don't have the app. They get a PDF by email - The PO number goes from the work order to the invoice by itself - Ask for payment with one tap - See who paid and who did not REPORTS YOU CAN SEND - Client statement: every invoice, every payment, what is still open and what is late - Money in and out: what came in and what went out - Income by customer: who pays you the most - Every report becomes a PDF, ready to send FIND MORE COMPANIES - See service companies near you and connect - Invite the companies you already work with - Company pages with services, hours and the areas they cover START FREE Your first 20 jobs are free. No card. One job is the whole thing: the work order, the price you send, and the invoice at the end. Billing someone without a work order counts as one job too. Work other companies send you is never counted. It comes in and you can read it, paid or not. SUBSCRIPTION Premium takes the limit off: $6.99 a month or $69.99 a year, and your first 30 days are free. Nothing else changes. The network, the invoices and the reports are open on the free side too, and jobs you already started keep working. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
