Eaze Pro helps catering business owners, managers, sales teams and drivers stay connected to their company's daily work. Available features depend on your role and company permissions. ORDERS AND SCHEDULING View orders, customer details, delivery addresses, items and scheduled delivery windows. Use the calendar to plan upcoming work and follow order progress. COMPANY WORKSPACES Use one account to access the companies you belong to and switch between their separate workspaces. Invitations connect you to the correct company and role. DRIVER DELIVERIES Drivers can view assigned deliveries, start a delivery, confirm arrival and capture photo proof before completing it. With permission, location is shared with authorized members of the driver's company during an active delivery, including while the app is in the background. Location sharing is tied to an active delivery, not an always-on employee tracker. ORDER NOTIFICATIONS Eligible owners, managers and sales users can receive new-order alerts, 24-hour, 12-hour and 3-hour order reminders, and a Sunday summary of the upcoming week. Push, email and in-app notifications depend on your preferences, device permissions and company access. Review notification settings and delivery history in the app. BUSINESS OPERATIONS Authorized team members can manage customers, orders, estimates, invoices, payments and delivery-related records. Driver payout records show recorded earnings and payment status; viewing a record does not transfer money.
