Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Dillard's at 4.5K against Coco's Boutique's 7. Coco's Boutique's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Coco's Boutique holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dillard's has 4.5K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
