Update
I have had this app for years and have used it for most transactions with Dillard’s but I can not update the new version because my iPhone is not eligible. This is very disturbing and I will do less shopping without the app.
Trying to get on app
The app compared to other stores is totally hard to access. I don't understand why we can't get into it without all this excessive trouble. I just use to get on and search for what I was looking for! No problem. Now, you can't even get into it!
Pathetic app!
This app tells me it needs to be updated so I do and then it says to open and it will not open and it has not updated how stupid is that? So instead of using the Dillard’s card that I could’ve used had to use another charge card. Not impressed.

App is Beautiful but I tried to go to the app and it told me to update it and when I went to the App Store, it said open
Poor customer service
If you don’t log onto their site for six months or so they delete your email and then you have to re-create another account using that same email which is absolutely ridiculous. Most people have so much stress and so many things to do in their life without having to re-create an account that was already created. If I have to do this, I will definitely shop on Amazon or Kohl’s who doesn’t log me out just because I don’t shop there or logon for a little bit.

Update issue
I tried using the app and it says I need to update it even though I’ve already done it. I deleted the app and tried it again and I keep getting the same message. I am unable to use the app altogether please fix as soon as possible.
IOS App update
Your new app is no longer usable. My iphone ios is up to date and does not meet the requirements of the Dillards updated app. Reading the reviews, it appears this is the case for many Dillards customers and soon to be former Dillards customers. Disappointing!

Terrible new system
Unable to upload new app update. Now I cannot access Dillards online as previously.
Horrible Update
I opened the app to do a little shopping and was greeted with a message stating it was out of date and that I needed a newer version. My phone is still supported by Apple’s security updates, although I’m not on iOS 26. Why is this iOS now a requirement to utilize the Dillard’s app?? Attempts to download the latest version that’s compatible with my phone are futile, it just places the end user through a continuous loop of questioning. Please resolve this ASAP.

Tells me to update in App Store there is no way to update it. You can only click to open and then it gives you the same message to update
Disappointed
This stinks!! All I want to do is pay my bill. The AP won’t download the update it says I need! I have an older phone and do now I guess I can’t shop on line at Dillards anymore

Update for App
The Dillards app is not allowing me access to my account. This is very annoying and frustrating since it says I need to have a newer version of IOS to update it. Please fix this issue ASAP!
