iPhone can’t use new version of Dillard.
I keep my phone updated as required and It’s just ludicrous to require a phone OS to be so high just to use an app!

Used to work fine now it says it needs an update but there is no update

This app sucks because it says it can’t verify that I’m over 18. I’ve never had that.
IT problem
I cannot download the new version but the old one does not work and asks to be updated.
An App That’s Not Applicable
The app doesn’t work. It automatically routes to an online page that prompts me to login again. If I have to log in online, what’s the point of having an app?There have also not been any updates for the app in quite a while.

All of a sudden, my Dillard’s app will not update. I can’t even open it.

The app is incredibly old and unusable. I understand Dillards has a large market of people who don’t use even use smartphone apps, but this is so bad

I love Dillard’s, but this app is so confusing and frustrating to use. It’s hard to navigate and difficult to find what I’m looking for. It’s disappointing because Dillard’s is one of my favorite stores, and the app experience does not match the quality of the brand.

I have had this app for years and have used it for most transactions with Dillard’s but I can not update the new version because my iPhone is not eligible. This is very disturbing and I will do less shopping without the app.
Trying to get on app
The app compared to other stores is totally hard to access. I don't understand why we can't get into it without all this excessive trouble. I just use to get on and search for what I was looking for! No problem. Now, you can't even get into it!
Pathetic app!
This app tells me it needs to be updated so I do and then it says to open and it will not open and it has not updated how stupid is that? So instead of using the Dillard’s card that I could’ve used had to use another charge card. Not impressed.
