Guestcount runs the list for your events — one app with two sides. Hosts manage the guest list, door staff check people in, and everything stays in sync. HOSTS - See every event at a glance with live arrival counts - Build the guest list: add guests, plus-ones, and VIP or press credentials - Text a guest one on one, or send an update to the whole list (guest texting is part of our Studio plan, switched on per organization) - Lost invite? Copy a guest's personal link and send it over yourself - Check guests in yourself, or hand the door to your staff CHECK-IN - Search-first check-in built for speed at the door - Scan guest QR codes for instant check-in - Add walk-ups without leaving the list - Spotty signal at the venue? Check-ins queue offline and sync when you're back Built for nights where the door has to move fast and the host has to know what's happening. Guestcount is the companion app to guestcount.com — set up your organization, events, and invites on the web, then run the night from the app. A Guestcount account is required.
