Great softphone. Call quality is rock solid — clear audio, no dropped calls, handles WiFi to cell handoff without a hitch. Does what it’s supposed to do and gets out of the way. 5 stars.

OneCloud Connect replaced three apps on my phone. HD video meetings, softphone calling with real desk-phone features (transfers, call park, custom caller ID), team chat, SMS/MMS, and voicemail — all in one place, all rock solid.
Screen sharing is one tap, call recordings and notes sync everywhere, and Click-to-Meet from a chat thread is genuinely useful. CarPlay support and SecureFax are nice bonuses. Updates roll out often and clearly come from a team that listens.

Easy to use, great support team
I’ve been using OneCloud connect for a few months now for my videography business & it’s been such a blessing for our productivity & our team. The support/onboarding team was very helpful and ready to help with setting up our account as soon as I was. We’re able to stay in touch everywhere without having to use 4 different apps for video meetings, messaging, SMS texting and customer relations.

Great and easy to use conferencing tool. Really like how easy it is to screen share, you can quickly play a video either presenting for business or sharing with the family. Video and voice quality are excellent. Great Job TelWare team, outstanding product as always.
