Restaurant Core Systems puts your kitchen's full prep and costing workflow in your pocket. From weighing a fresh batch of sauce on a connected BLE scale to printing a label and tracking inventory in real time — it all happens on the iPhone in your apron pocket. WHO IT'S FOR • Restaurant owners and managers who need accurate food cost data, not best-guess spreadsheets. • Prep cooks who want a faster, paperless workflow. • Multi-station kitchens that need every prep label to look the same and every weight to be logged. What It Does Prep Tracking With a Real Scale Connect a Bluetooth weight scale and the app captures every prep in pounds, ounces, or by count. Auto-tare for your hotel pans and ambros. Reweigh and edit in seconds. Volume entry for sauces and stocks measured in fl oz. Recipe Costing That Stays Accurate Build recipes once. Ingredient prices flow through from your invoices, so cost-per-serving stays current as vendor prices change. Sub-recipes, multipliers for batch scaling, modifier costs — all handled. Prep Yield Calibration Weigh raw input and finished product side by side. The app computes yield % automatically and saves it to the recipe, so cost-per-usable-ounce stays accurate even after trimming, cooking, and shrink. One-tap Label Printing Niimbot B1 over Bluetooth or Brother QL-820NWB over Wi-Fi — both supported out of the box. Labels include recipe name, weight, prep date, who prepped it, and a QR code that opens the prep log in History. Quick Prin A library of one-tap status labels — Cool Down, Defrost, Hot Held — for everything in your walk-in that doesn't need a full prep log. Inventory, Invoices, and Sales Run weekly inventory counts. Capture invoices for cost tracking. View sales reports and product mix from your POS. Everything ties back to the same recipe and ingredient catalog. Languages English and Spanish, with the language follower your iPhone's setting. Works • Our custom made high accuracy bluetooth scale • Niimbot B1 label printer (Bluetooth) • Brother QL-820NWB label printer (Wi-Fi) • Restaurant Core Systems backend (account required) What You Need An active Restaurant Core Systems subscription.
