WJHM 102 Jamz in Orlando was technically started over 70 years ago as a sister station to album heavy and rock hits station. The call letters became WJHM in Spring 1988, when it was revamped to play urban music, reaching a universal audience just as the hip hop and similar genres were crossing over on the airwaves. It became a platform for the community to call in and respond to local and national topics and issues, not just top 40 hits. GOING BACK TO ITS ROOTS: THEIR LISTENERS Currently, WJHM 102 Jamz is going back to its community roots, rebuilding a positive platform on issues, balanced out with groundbreaking music and culture that’s local or beyond. With this app you can listen to the radio live or listen to our many radio shows as a podcast. Join us in the chat room and talk about your favorite shows.
