About

WattPlan

Features

A cycling training app built to make you stronger on the bike WattPlan builds your training around your goals and the time you have, adjusting it as things change. PERSONALISED. TRAINING WattPlan starts by building a plan around the days and hours you can ride. Add club rides, races and events and the plan works around them. Race week is sized to how fresh you are, and event plans taper to race day. Miss a workout and WattPlan tells you how to repair the week, with one tap to apply it. With Premium the repair happens without being asked, and a whole week eases off when you ride harder than planned. Plan changes reach your Garmin or Wahoo calendar on their own. Structured cycling workouts cover recovery, endurance, Sweet Spot, threshold, VO2 Max and anaerobic power. Each workout shows its targets and the time prescribed in the training zone. Optional bodyweight strength sessions support your riding without gym equipment. QUESTIONS. ANSWERED. Talk to a Coach who understands your plan and recent rides. The answers draw on training science alongside your Fitness, Fatigue, availability and target event. Tell the Coach to skip, move or reduce a workout and the plan changes after you agree. Your goals, injuries, preferences and schedule carry across conversations, and you can see what the Coach remembers. The Coach can also start a conversation when a ride, personal best or repeated pattern deserves attention. Premium includes a 10-minute Voice Coach call each calendar month. Talk through your training, review the written recap and confirm any proposed plan changes before WattPlan applies them. RIDES. COUNTED. Connect Garmin, Strava or Wahoo once and new rides arrive automatically. When power is available, WattPlan calculates Weighted Power, Intensity and Load. When it is not, heart rate can provide the Load. Tell WattPlan how hard each ride felt with one tap. Each ride becomes part of Fitness Explorer. Follow Fitness, Fatigue and Form, inspect your trends and see how your training is changing. WattPlan also spots personal bests and prompts you when your FTP may have moved. NO POWER METER NEEDED Ride by heart rate or by feel. Take the threshold heart-rate test, then follow heart-rate or effort targets in the workout player and on your Garmin or Wahoo. TRAIN IN WATTPLAN Connect a Bluetooth smart trainer, power meter or heart-rate monitor. Follow power, heart-rate and cadence targets in the workout player, with spoken interval cues and ERG mode for compatible trainers. START FREE Free includes one training plan, unlimited ride imports, workouts sent to Garmin or Wahoo, two weeks of visible workouts, five Coach messages each week, seven days of Fitness history, a 30-day forecast and the indoor workout player. Premium adds unlimited plans and Coach messages, the complete plan through to your event, plan adjustments when training changes, 365 days of Fitness history, a 90-day forecast, a Coach review after every ride, one Voice Coach call each calendar month, GPX route strategy, W′ analysis, Durability Score, Rider Profile and Breakthroughs. Premium is an optional monthly subscription. It renews automatically unless cancelled through your store account before the end of the billing period. The store shows the price before purchase. One subscription works in the app and on wattplan.cc. WattPlan provides educational training information. It does not replace medical advice or professional coaching.
