Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Five/Three/One at none against Physique Tracker's shown. Five/Three/One also leads on ratings volume (1.2K vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). Physique Tracker's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Five/Three/One sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Physique Tracker sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Five/Three/One against 5.0 for Physique Tracker. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Five/Three/One has 1.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Five/Three/One ships an update every 2 weeks, Physique Tracker every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
