Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Jetpack for WordPress at 4.7 against Moni's 3.5. Jetpack for WordPress also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (6.5K vs 8). Moni's advantage is iOS requirement (14.4 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Moni sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Jetpack for WordPress asks for nothing beyond the download.
Jetpack for WordPress holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jetpack for WordPress has 6.5K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of Moni's written reviews are positive against 49% of Jetpack for WordPress's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Moni ships an update every 2 weeks, Jetpack for WordPress every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
