The application automatically collects trip data for improved attestation, accountability and quality assurance reporting. *The MAS Trips application is only to be used within the MAS N.E.M.T transportation network in New York State and is only available to participating drivers. TOBI mobile app is a complete cloud based dispatch system to service NEMT Rides. It provides a platform where Transportation Providers collaborate with HMOs, Brokers etc. for all the data about patients requiring Non-Emergency Medical Transport. This particular app is for the drivers who are part of the team from Transportation provider. It gives them functions to carry on a ride which includes picking up patients and taking them to their destination, collecting payments. The drivers are constantly notified about the Rides allocated to them through out the day. The application brings in real-time updates whenever made. They can communicate back with the Dispatchers at the base. Disclaimer : Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
