Verdict
MOD Boutique and MMD Shops both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 73% of MOD Boutique's written reviews are positive against 50% of MMD Shops's. MOD Boutique also leads on ratings volume (3.6K vs 65). MMD Shops's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
