WLog is the gym log and workout tracker that raises your weights for you. Log every set in one tap on iPhone, Apple Watch or straight from the Lock Screen, hit the top of your rep range, and WLog adds weight to the bar for your next session. Run a 5x5, a Push/Pull/Legs split or a routine of your own. Strength training, bodybuilding or a quick home workout with dumbbells: it all goes into one gym log that works offline, with no ads and no account. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, DONE FOR YOU Give each exercise a rep range, say 8 to 12. Once every working set reaches the top of it, WLog raises the weight for your next session: double progression, handled by the app instead of your memory. You decide how much each step adds. Miss your reps three sessions in a row and WLog takes 10% off. Link a back-off set to your top set at a percentage and it follows whenever the top set moves. LOG A SET IN ONE TAP Every row is filled in before you lift, from your plan and your last session, and last time's weight and reps sit right beside it. Mark warm-up sets, drop sets, pause reps, supersets and failure sets, and add RPE or RIR when you track effort. The rest timer starts itself after each set and keeps counting while the phone is locked. LOCK SCREEN, DYNAMIC ISLAND AND WIDGETS Your current set and rest timer stay on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with a button that logs the next set without opening the app. A Home Screen widget starts the workout that is up next, and a Lock Screen widget tracks your weekly goal. TRAIN FROM YOUR WRIST Pick a workout on your Apple Watch, log your sets, change weight and reps with the Digital Crown and follow the rest timer with your heart rate on screen. Once your routines have synced, the watch runs a whole session without your iPhone nearby. With your permission, workouts and body weight sync with the Health app. IMPORT YOUR PROGRAM WITH AI Snap a photo of your program, take a screenshot, pick a PDF or paste the text, and WLog turns it into a routine with AI: exercises, sets, rep ranges, set types and RPE or RIR. It reads a CSV export from another workout app too. Change anything you want before you lift. A WORKOUT PLANNER FOR THE GYM OR HOME Build as many routines and custom exercises as you like, and WLog lines them up in a rotation so your next workout is always ready. Want a ready-made plan? Answer a few questions and WLog matches one to your goal, equipment and schedule. The 2-day foundation programs, with a barbell or dumbbells, are free. PRO opens the whole program library, including 5x5, the Texas Method, Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, dumbbell-only and bodyweight plans. 1,000+ EXERCISES, EACH WITH A VIDEO Every exercise has a looping demo that plays offline, written steps and a muscle map. Filter by body part and equipment, search in your own language, or add your own. YOUR PROGRESS, RECORDS AND STRENGTH LEVELS WLog flags every new personal record as you lift, and strength levels rank your squat, bench press, deadlift and other lifts from Beginner to Elite for your body weight. A muscle map shows what you trained this week. A calendar keeps every session: open one to see each set, edit it or repeat it. Track body weight, tape measurements and progress photos, which never leave your device. Without PRO you can look back over your last two weeks. WHAT PRO ADDS Your full training history and trend charts beyond the last two weeks, measurement trends, session-by-session comparisons, every ready-made program, automatic warm-up sets, the plate-by-plate loading picture, and cloud backup and sync. Logging, your own routines and exercises, automatic weight increases, the rest timer, the Apple Watch app, widgets, strength levels and Health app sync all work without PRO. Questions or feedback? About

Training OP

Features

Training Overload Progression (TrainingOP) is a strength and hypertrophy app that helps you progress steadily, increase training density and avoid injuries or overtraining. It provides a structured, long-term system that automatically adjusts reps, weights and microcycle length based on your real performance, so you can focus on training instead of spreadsheets. Whether you are a beginner or experienced lifter, TrainingOP is built for natural, sustainable progress without unnecessary plateaus or exhaustion. Key features: • Per-exercise progression – An exercise is counted as successful as soon as you complete at least one set at the planned weight with the target reps, so progression can move forward earlier. • Fine weight control – Use 0.5 kg increments when creating programs and editing 100% working weights for smoother, more precise loading. • Weekly set tracking – See how many sets each muscle group gets per week and balance your volume with a simple training map. • Cardio training builder – Create your own interval-based cardio sessions or use existing cardio workouts on a dedicated cardio screen. • Adaptive overload – Increase reps within your chosen range and let the app raise the weight automatically once you reach the top. • Plateau detection and deloads – If you fail to complete an exercise for several sessions, TrainingOP suggests around a 10% weight reduction so you can rebuild and push past sticking points. • Light days and recovery – Easily add 50% intensity days to keep frequency high while reducing stress on joints and the nervous system. • Custom programs and sharing – Use prebuilt plans or design your own, then export and import programs via JSON to share or back them up. • Intelligent rest timer – Rest times adapt to intensity and include a subtle pulse in the last seconds, smoother text scaling and a high-contrast rest colour for better visibility. • Clear summaries and stats – SummaryCard highlights your max reps and shows a set-by-set breakdown, while statistics reveal weekly volume trends and muscle-group workload. • Polished cross-platform UI – Smoother BottomTab animations and layout tweaks improve readability and responsiveness on both iOS and Android. TrainingOP is for lifters who want long-term strength and muscle gains without burning out. The app’s self-adjusting programming keeps your training productive whether you progress quickly or slowly.
