Reps is a workout checklist. Open it at the gym, see today's exercises with sets and reps, check them off. That's the whole app, on purpose. PASTE THE WORKOUT YOU ALREADY HAVE Most people keep their routine in Notes. Copy it, paste it into Reps, and it turns into a checklist: days, exercises, sets and reps, ready to tick. No retyping, no picking from a database. OR FOLLOW SOMEONE'S Creators publish their real split in Reps. Search their handle, tap Follow, and their exact plan is yours to run and edit. OR PICK A PRESET Four splits built on training research: Push Pull Legs, Upper Lower, Full Body, Hybrid. Onboarding asks which days you actually train and picks the one that fits. BEAT LAST WEEK Long-press any exercise to log the weight. Next session, Reps shows what you did and suggests a small bump. That one rule is how lifts go up. A STREAK THAT COUNTS REAL DAYS Every finished workout adds a day. Rest days count too, up to two in a row. The flame on your home screen grows with it. PROGRESS WITHOUT SPREADSHEETS This month's workouts on a calendar, your bodyweight over time, and the last weight on every lift. Only what you logged, nothing invented. QUIET BY DESIGN No feed, no likes, no video. Short exercise names, one check circle per row, grey details. Dark mode. Optional reminders: one at 5 PM, and a nudge if you've gone a few days without training. REPS PRO Monthly or annual, both with a 7-day free trial. Payment goes through your Apple ID after the trial and renews until you cancel, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
