Your documents, cached and sealed. Filum is a vault for the documents you can't afford to lose — passports, IDs, residence permits, tax forms, leases, medical and vet records. Scan them once. Filum does the rest. IT FILES ITSELF Snap a document and on-device AI reads it, sorts it by type, and pulls out the dates and numbers that matter. A passport becomes a passport. A lease becomes a lease. Everything becomes searchable — instantly, even offline. ENCRYPTION HAPPENS ON YOUR DEVICE Every file is encrypted with AES-256-GCM on your iPhone before it syncs. Your keys are derived in the Secure Enclave and never sent to our servers. We store ciphertext and nothing else. WHAT WE CAN'T SEE - Your documents — never - Filenames, types, or extracted fields — never - Your encryption key — never All we hold are encrypted blobs and the sizes and timestamps needed to sync them. EXPIRY RADAR Filum tracks renewals — passports, visas, residence permits, insurance — and warns you before they lapse. It counts to the six-month validity rule most destinations enforce, not the date printed on the document. BUILT FOR PEOPLE WITH PAPERWORK IN MORE THAN ONE COUNTRY Moving abroad means residence permits, apostilles, translated certificates, pet passports, and forms from two tax authorities. Filum keeps all of it in one place, files it automatically, and puts it in your iPhone's document picker — so when a government portal asks you to upload proof, it's two taps away. YOURS TO KEEP Export your entire vault any time. No lock-in. The only way back into your vault is a 24-word recovery phrase that belongs to you alone — we can't recover it for you, and that's exactly the point.
