My buddies and I, after working all day, always would say we looked like Trolls when we were done our shift. Dirty and grubby with messed up hair; it looked like we should be living under a bridge. We wanted to go against the grain and bring back the Troll that is as tough as nails and never quits. It’s ok if you don’t want to be a lawyer, dentist or some other type of cube-monkey job. Trades can be very rewarding, pay well and at the end of the day you can stand back and say, “I built that.” There are a lot of hard-working men and women in the trades right now, but they are not being replaced fast enough with skilled young people.
