Developed by the world leading leadership and culture assessment platform Global Safety Index, 1HSE is designed to make it as simple as possible to promote help seeking behaviour and help offering behaviour with real-time alerts and dashboarding. If a team member is struggling, it will provide their nominated person a notification along with some tips on how to connect. In addition, it will provide contact details to support services to the individual if required. 1HSE provides a real-time pulse of your team and organisations wellbeing by enabling the following: 1. Simple and easy check-ins, communicate quickly with your team via a simple wellbeing notification. 2. Supports help-seeking behaviour by connecting individuals to their nominated person as well as external support services if required 3. Promoting help-offering behaviour by reaching out to team members if you notice their mood is deteriorating. 4. Individuals are able to monitor their wellbeing and the steps they are taking to proactively manage it, enabling them to recognise trends and intervene early. 5. Organisations are able to understand the pulse of their organisation to understand if mental health and wellbeing programs are effective.
