If a team member is struggling, it will provide their nominated person a notification along with some tips on how to connect. Simple and easy check-ins, communicate quickly with your team via a simple wellbeing notification. 2. Supports help-seeking behaviour by connecting individuals to their nominated person as well as external support services if required 3.
