Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ECOBICI at 3.8 against Track's 3.0. ECOBICI also leads on ratings volume (203 vs 2). Track's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
