IntegratedApp vs Sacred Silence

The Integrated App is the best and newest resource from the CatholicPsych Institute. The app that integrates solid psychologically based practices with the Christian faith is finally available! After 12 years of CPI's mission to share services and resources with the world that integrate the Christian faith with solid Psychology, Dr. Greg Bottaro and his team have created an app to put these resources directly in your hand. You can now access Dr. Greg’s Catholic Mindfulness exercises from the convenience of your own phone. Those who have signed up for the Catholic Mindfulness Virtual Retreat can also access all the videos, exercises, and journal prompts inside, along with an updated section for comments and questions! Integrated Life members can access their full library of content, including all live calls, and brand new community chat thread, and new courses updated regularly. Bonus videos help clarify the differences between Buddhist and Christian Mindfulness, the difference between Mindfulness and Prayer, and answers once and for all the important nuances that confuse so many people about the proper practice of Christian Mindfulness.
