Greg Bottaro’s integrated life teaching

I first heard of Greg Bottaro’s teaching listening to the Focus Catholic Answers podcast. I purchased Greg’s book “The Mindful Catholic” on the strength of what he said in that podcast. I was in deep depression at the time and praying for help. My prayers were answered. I worked through the mindfulness exercises in Greg’s book and the depression lifted. I am now a member of the Integrated Life and found the virtual retreat also fantastic for keeping me healthy, happy and in joyous peace with God together with all the other materials that are found in the Integrated Life App. Thanks Greg and your team for such helpful, truthful and life affirming teaching centred on our Lord Jesus Christ.
Warm wishes

Grateful

On my list of gratitude is the new integrated app from Catholic Psych for Catholic Mindfulness. I listen to the podcast after a friend sent me to kindle version of the Catholic Mindfulness book. This is not heavy on the mind because soul and body are integrated into practice. It is up to date in methods of cognitive psychology while unveiling what Christian faith presents us daily in scripture and practice.
