An interval timer for Tabata, HIIT, EMOM and AMRAP. Open it, set it, start. No subscription and no account. When you first open it, choose how many workouts a week and when to be reminded. The app reminds you then. ■ Free • Three modes (HIIT, EMOM, AMRAP) and built-in presets such as Tabata 20/10 × 8 • Week 1 of the 4-week program: pick a goal (build fitness, lose weight or feel refreshed) and get three workouts a week that get a little harder each week • Save your own presets (up to 2) • A weekly goal with "this week 2/3" progress on the home screen • After your first workout of the week, pick your next one: tomorrow, the day after, or in 3 days. With notifications on, you get a one-time reminder • A weekly review and a rest pass (once a week) to protect your streak • Coach reminders that tell you how many workouts are left to your goal (only if you turn them on) • Estimated calories for each workout, with food equivalents • Share cards: This workout, Last 30 days, and Over a photo (a transparent image) • A calendar and stats that show the weeks you kept going, plus a preview of your trends and all-time totals • Sound effects and haptics; choose a whistle or wood block for the cues • Three themes (new installs start with White) and tidy, grouped settings ■ HIIT Timer Pro (one-time purchase, no subscription) • No ads • The 4-week program from week 2 to the end • Unlimited presets, in your own order • Weekly plan: set a time and a preset for each day of the week and get a reminder then • Preset colors: the calendar marks each day with the color of the preset you did • The My Record share card and the Receipt style • All-time calories and food equivalents, trends (last 4 weeks) and a weight log • All-time stats and CSV export ■ Try Pro for 7 days • Use everything in Pro free for 7 days (once). • No automatic charge. The trial ends on its own after 7 days and ads come back. Your records and presets stay. • To keep Pro, buy HIIT Timer Pro once. ■ Peace of mind • Your weight stays on your device. No account needed. • Calories are estimates based on your weight and exercise intensity (MET). Actual burn varies from person to person.
