CrewRest Pilot is a crew rest planner and flight briefing companion for pilots and flight crew. Turn a route and schedule into a clear, editable rest plan for before duty, during the flight and after landing. PLAN CREW REST WITH CLARITY • Build a plan from origin, destination, departure and arrival times in UTC or local time. • Choose crew size and global rest periods independently. • Generate balanced rest assignments with an easy-to-follow timeline. • Edit times, crew settings and rest periods when operational circumstances change. • Keep the active plan available from the home screen so you can reopen it quickly. ROSTER WORKFLOW • Import a roster from Files, Mail, WhatsApp or the iOS share sheet. • Use local roster processing and OCR when supported. • Review duties, sectors, dates and historical periods before use. • Load the next flight from your roster into a new rest plan. • See attention points for night duties, short turnarounds and recovery. • Roster formats vary by operator. If a file is not recognized, contact support through Settings. FLIGHT BRIEFING Keep the most useful operational context together in one focused workspace: • Recovery: review protected sleep windows, home-base reference and circadian timing. • Fatigue: consider sleep, time awake, time-zone change and WOCL exposure. • Roster: inspect schedule-derived duties and attention points. • Radiation: view an informational route-exposure estimate based on duration, latitude and selected cruise level. For awareness and preparation only. REST TIMERS ACROSS YOUR DEVICES • Start a timer when rest actually begins. • Edit, end, cancel or reset a rest period when the plan changes. • Keep the timer synchronized across iPhone, widgets, Live Activity and Apple Watch. • Use Apple Watch controls for Stop, Cancel and Reset. • Reopen an active rest plan without losing your place. WEATHER AND TIME ZONES • Search airports by IATA, ICAO, city or country. • Review available METAR and TAF data for departure and destination. • Compare UTC and local time throughout the flight. • Keep the latest available information available offline; refresh when connected. Always verify official operational weather before departure. SHARE, SAVE AND REUSE • Transfer route, schedule and rest assignments with Crew Sync QR. • Share plans and reports with the iOS share sheet or AirDrop. • Export premium PDF summaries for personal reference. • Find saved plans by route, airport, date or flight number.
