Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
DoorLoop holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DoorLoop has 6.5K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of DoorLoop's written reviews are positive against 50% of My T.H. 311+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
DoorLoop ships an update monthly, My T.H. 311+ every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
