The update made it worse

With the new update, rent can only be paid in one sum - my roommate and I can no longer each pay our own half. INCONVENIENT AND OUT OF TOUCH - which tech bro decided this was a good decision? It’s a much larger amount of money now that one of us needs to keep in our account and the other has to sent smaller installments over Venmo to pay them back (because Venmo has a capped limit for each transaction). What is the point of an app if not convenience? PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.

Waste of a morning

This app will run you in circles. It sends a text to fill out a rental application, then when you click on the link, you have to get a passcode sent to your email, and then when you put in the passcode sent to that email, it says the application is not assigned to the email IT JUST SENT THE PASSCODE TO! I received 4 text, I tried 4 times. This is absurd.

Charges 60+ fee

We thought using this app would be like my old rental places and charge maybe 4-5 bucks nope its freaking 60+! WHY??!!!

Sucks

App consistently disappoints. Constantly being signed out for no reason and having to sign in repeatedly to check notifications. If your landlord uses this app beware! It’s a sign that they are cheap.

The AI system sucks

Tenants should be able to just list their inquiries without talking to this Ai because at the end of the day, we are all trying to go around this AI to write our maintenance issues and it just wastes our time. There are so many other ways to receive tenants maintenance issues but AI is not it. Another thing, when you pay the rent a little early, the system doesn’t even cash that, it keeps sending you messages to pay your rent on time for the following month you have already paid. I get the system they tryna do but it sucks. I never had a rental system where I had to talk to AI for maintenance, it’s like calling Amazon and talking to a robot, just imagine, because all you want is a representative

No customer support for tenants

All of a sudden the app will not let me login to my account which is the only way for me to pay my rent. I tried to use the chat for support on the website but it is useless. I better not be charged any late fees due to something being wrong with the app because I have been using the same login information for over a year and now all of a sudden it is say it is invalid

User friendly App - Great Support Team

Works terrible

App has many issues. Besides this it has accepted my payment before and for some reason not payed my rent, making me appear late. Not reliable, not helpful. An unfortunate day any day this app has to be opened.
