The app itself for paying the rent and putting in maintenance requests or general requests to the landlord is excellent. It is very user friendly and easy to understand.
My only complaint is that they advertise renters insurance from Lemonade but because I live in a mobile home I dont qualify for a policy. So I’m stuck looking at advertisements that I can’t access or use.

Horrible inaccurate app
This app is the worst app I’ve ever used. It reports inaccurate information when paying your rent. The fees they charge are different each time. Not sure who developed this but they need help in developing something that’s worth using, because this is not it.
Unable to respond to request updates.
The app overall is fine. However, I am completely unable to respond to requests that I have made or I have been added to. Every time I go to view a request update it just kicks me back to a login screen. There’s no way to contact app support.

AI GARBAGE
All I want to do is submit a ticket to the property manager and I have to spend literally 10 minutes arguing with a stupid AI chat bot to do it rather than just filling out a simple form. Pathetic and ridiculous.

Recently my wife and I got married and moved in. Our land lord had us get this app and it hasn’t been more simplistic to pay our bills and the account feature only charges you 4 dollars instead of a percentage.

This app is a nightmare for tenants. I have to sign in just to check notifications to be redirected to the home page in an endless loop. If your landlord uses this app, it’s way to communicate that they are cheap af

The update made it worse
With the new update, rent can only be paid in one sum - my roommate and I can no longer each pay our own half. INCONVENIENT AND OUT OF TOUCH - which tech bro decided this was a good decision? It’s a much larger amount of money now that one of us needs to keep in our account and the other has to sent smaller installments over Venmo to pay them back (because Venmo has a capped limit for each transaction). What is the point of an app if not convenience? PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.

Waste of a morning
This app will run you in circles. It sends a text to fill out a rental application, then when you click on the link, you have to get a passcode sent to your email, and then when you put in the passcode sent to that email, it says the application is not assigned to the email IT JUST SENT THE PASSCODE TO! I received 4 text, I tried 4 times. This is absurd.
