Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Keep In Touch at free against DoorLoop's freemium. Keep In Touch also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). DoorLoop's advantage is ratings volume (6.7K vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Keep In Touch holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DoorLoop has 6.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
