Can't stop scrolling, lose the evening to short videos, or get pulled out of focus by notifications? ChoiceField turns "just five more minutes" into a clear, deliberate choice. Use it when you need it. Stop when it's done. WHAT IT HELPS WITH • Short-video feeds you can't put down • Scrolling in bed and losing sleep • Study or work broken up by constant app interruptions • Wanting to cut down but always "five more minutes" • Wanting self-control and earlier nights, without a workable boundary WHEN IT HELPS MOST • Studying, exam prep, meetings, or deep work that needs focus • Nights when you keep scrolling and want to sleep earlier and better • Cutting phone dependence and regaining control of your time HOW IT WORKS You set a clear boundary for the apps or websites you choose. When protection appears you can leave, or make one explicit, limited choice. ALL PROTECTION RULES, FREE • Set a daily allowance per item, or require a confirmation before each launch; multiple items are monitored and counted separately. • Limited continue releases only the one item you selected; everything else stays protected. • Starting allowance from 1-30 minutes. Only foreground use of that item counts; leaving pauses it, returning resumes what is left. • Each item gets four regular limited uses per day. Length follows your saved starting allowance and progression setting, not a fixed sequence. • After the fourth regular use, a cooldown of 10 minutes, then a 1-minute emergency use. Cooldowns then run 20, 40 and 60 minutes, capped at 60; the regular allowance resets on the next local calendar day. • Per-item rules, local schedules, haptics, optional sounds, lock-until-tomorrow, Lock Screen and Dynamic Island all need no subscription. REVIEW IS FREE See 7/30/90-day on-device records, time-of-day distribution and per-item rule suggestions; adjust one rule and start a 7-day observation. ChoiceField describes recorded choices only. It does not invent saved time or claim causal effects. PRO Pro adds the weekly purpose loop: pick one purpose, rehearse the closing action, record done or not done, then choose next week's single adjustment yourself. It needs no Screen Time authorization. Weekly results stay viewable after Pro expires. PRIVACY STAYS ON IPHONE No account, no ads, no third-party analytics, no cross-app tracking, no cloud AI. ChoiceField does not read your messages, videos or web content. SUBSCRIPTION Monthly and yearly Pro have identical features and auto-renew. The 7-day yearly trial is limited to users Apple confirms as eligible. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings, or restore purchases in the app. App protection requires Screen Time authorization; system behaviour depends on iOS and device state. ChoiceField is a self-management tool, not a medical service. Terms: https://choicefield.loyalai.top/terms Privacy: https://choicefield.loyalai.top/privacy
