I do not want or need another MFA app especially one from Equate, how this app could be available for so long but still being pushed on your users with 1 star shows how hostile Equate is to their own customers
What Is The Point?
What is the point of this app…?!?!? I’ve been using the actual Equate app for years with no problems - now, with this app = suddenly there are problems…?!?!?!?
Awful app
This is by far the worse app, I don’t understand this company and honestly wouldn’t have deal with this is it wasn’t my work uses them. Ugh
Rubbish and Annoying!
Come on, give me a break, this app and process is so dreadful! I want to get to MY data and this double app just doesn't work. Also, what on earth is the point when after 30 seconds of getting nowhere, the equate plus's login offers alternative methods including receiving an SMS code, why not just offer that in the first place! PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, READ THESE REVIEWS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Fail to scan barcode
The app failed to scan bar code and I am stuck! Who came out with this idea!!

Garbage App
Setting this up broke connectivity with Plaid and Fincity.
Poor
Why use a separate app when there are industry recognised Authenticator apps! Especially with this one if you change device, you lose access completely, no way of resetting without phoning, Despite the existing 2 factor authentication, you cannot use it to login on the web, so I'm essentially all locked out due to a pointless standalone authentication app. Over engineering at its finest.

Scanned QR code then it just stays at the scan qr code screen, can never actually login
Useless Errors
Errors without context or clear call to action or path to resolve are useless.
Never worked
Their score is being buoyed by the fact that you can’t rate it 0. Tried countless times. When I got through to support, they told me they fixed it but I would have to wait to login. Nope, just gaslighting me, still doesn’t work.
What is the purpose for this app?
What is this app for? You can’t do anything with it. You can’t see the account, balance or anything like that. Is anyone watching this app. Everyone is having the same issue and it looks like nobody is doing anything about it.

Equate NO access
I tried to reset the app the way they asked and it wants me to scan a QR code that is NOT there….Something has to be done this app is the worst one I have ever used.
To make it worse it is a buy week so I can’t see what I paid for the stock this month…

The MFA including the equateaccess web portal are very low quality useless.
Awful App, cannot trust to work consistently. Terrible i’m forced to use this
works to be fair most of the time, , but that’s not how it should be when it’s required by my organization to use this to get access to my ESPP.

Constant errors
Gets errors more then half the time you use it to access equate mobile, this is unacceptable as we need to see our stocks! Fix the app, or get out of the business.

Bad app, bad service, just bad— honestly.
App stuck on reading QR code
It does not read the QR code, but acts like it’s correct. I can just point the camera at anything and it will just accept it. Reopening or reinstall the app will have the same result.
