This program is geared towards all kids who have goals to improve their baseball skills. Every player will experience the professional approach toward hitting, fielding, pitching, throwing, mental toughness, and more. Players will be instructed with an emphasis on proper mechanics, maximizing speed, quickness, strength & explosiveness. We will provide a mindful focus on mental toughness and injury prevention.
