First day felt it!! I could feel mucus breaking up, and I’m capable of breathing better. The stuffiness did return but nowhere near what it was. I’m pretty confident with continued use this will just be a game changer for me.

App not the product

Remember ratings here are for apps not products.

Product is awesome. I stopped using nasal sprays.

App has a lot to be desired. Specifically when two people are sharing one. The Bluetooth driver needs to be able to connect to two devices at the same time. Sometimes I spend more than 10 min connecting and give up.

Nonfunctional for new users when servers are down

When I run the app, it says that they are doing server maintenance and I can use the app in offline mode, but there’s nothing I can do at that point. This is a really terrible out-of-the-box experience for new users, and leads to serious questions about whether this hardware, which has no obvious reason for needing any sort of server connection could become e-waste if the company goes under or has server outages, etc. Maybe this is only a problem for new users, but that’s still really bad, because it means if you delete the app, you’re at the mercy of the servers being operational if you want to get up and running. This also appears to violate 5.1.1(v) of the iOS App Store review guidelines, so this is not a small concern. It needs to be fixed ASAP, and Apple should refuse to approve updates until such time as the app’s offline mode works without logging in or creating an account first.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Some features, including personalized therapy based on the facial scan, require a connection to our cloud services. However, SONU treatment itself remains fully available and can be completed in offline or airplane mode. We take reliability and App Store compliance seriously and have not experienced any service outages that would prevent treatment. The temporary offline mode you experienced was related to a major backend update. This has only occurred once, for a few hours, as we took additional precautions to ensure the update was completed smoothly and reliably. We appreciate your feedback and are always working to make the experience more seamless.

Love it, please fix the update

I absolutely love this product! However, after the most recent app update the cycle no longer ends with a pleasant bell as it used to. Instead, the app locks every time. I have force quit, I have tried to see if there is a new update, all to no avail. Please fix this, developers!

Revolutionary product for better breathing

For the past 16 years in my medical practice, my soul focus has been helping people breathe and sleep better. I myself I have struggled my entire life with chronic allergies and sinus problems with reoccurring infections, leading to bronchitis and at times pneumonia. This product is by far the most revolutionary technology have ever seen to help people breathe better through their nose by decongesting their sinuses without any medication. My patients love it as much as I do and I highly recommend you give it a try. My recommendation is one per household as multiple people can use one product! Can't use the product I paid for

Literally cannot use this product without authorizing camera and microphone to surveil you for as long as the app is installed. Also you need to answer extremely invasive personal questionnaire before the app will work. I paid 300$ for this product lol! Beware of this very obvious private equity data mining operation! This is getting disputed with my cc immediately

SONU® is an FDA approved medical device that requires certain permissions to function properly: Camera access is required to perform a secure 3D facial scan used to personalize therapy. The device cannot operate without this step. Microphone access is required only when using the optional SONUCheck™ feature to assess nasal patency from voice. This is the best thing for nasal congestion. It will clear your Eustachian tubes. Highly recommend you buy this. It is worth the $300.

I was skeptical but it started working with my first session.

There was a 30 day money back guarantee so I thought it was worth a try. I noticed my sinuses draining as soon as I started my first session. I’ve been using it for a month now and the twice a day sessions are really helping my sinuses stay clear. I’m definitely sleeping better. I wonder if some of that is because the 15 minute session is very meditative.

I CAN’T BELIEVE IT WORKS!!!

I’ve suffered with allergies and sinus congestion all of my life, 64 years. I am a TOTAL skeptic for most health “miracle” devices, but…after two weeks on using twice a day my sinuses are clear and I can breathe through my nose.

It does not eliminate my allergies, but does prevent accumulation in my sinuses. A true game changer and I am absolutely thrilled.

Very helpful

I purchased this headband back in November 2024 due to really bad post nasal drip which leads to a hacking cough and coughing fits and this has been a Godsend! This along with red light therapy have resolved all my congestion symptoms. I don’t have to take allergy pills anymore. Thanks Sonu!

Great for clearing sinuses

I have allergies throughout the different seasons and cannot stand using neti pots. Nasal sprays cause nosebleeds for me. The Sonu device has no side effects and is easy to use. After using it for a 15 minute session I’m able to clear my sinuses and breathe. I use it daily.
