We are an inclusive community of members with professional strength and conditioning coaches who are here to support you in your fitness goals and welcome you into our community. Vrtus is a premium group fitness studio that offers block style training programs. Unlike the standard style of fitness training, we coach you as a individual and ensure you train to the best of your abilities with every minute of the group program optimised, yet always personalised enough to ensure you achieve your own goals. Our programs are designed by a team of Strength & Conditioning staff that uses a systemised approach to train everyday people in a structured, safe and coached environment. We believe movement for mental health is extremely important. VRTUS wants to empower the community & support those around us when needed. We do this by creating a memorable experience that connects with our members and community and create positivity, friendship and a bit of friendly competition.

With the new One Playground App, everything you need is right at your fingertips. You can book classes, check the schedule, and browse the full timetable whenever it suits you. It’s easy to refer a friend, view your profile, and jump straight to our events page when something exciting is on. You can also see your membership details – and even upgrade or downgrade if you need to – along with updating your personal information, checking your billing, viewing payments, and accessing your documents. It’s all in one place, simple to use, and made to keep your training flowing smoothly. APPLE HEALTHKIT We also use HealthKit to allow users to share their activity and workout data with the app. This data is used to incentivise users to stay active.
